Why replace missing teeth
Losing many teeth makes it hard to eat and chew, which can affect nutrition, and it changes the way you speak. Many people also feel self-conscious about the gaps. Dentures from Summit Pointe Dental are customized to restore your oral health, appearance, function and quality of life.
Partial or full
If some of your teeth are healthy enough to keep, you are fitted for a partial denture. If you have lost all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw, or both, or all your teeth need to come out, full dentures restore your oral health and function.
Adjusting over time
Your mouth changes shape over time, so dentures need periodic adjustments. If they start to slip, cause sore spots or make chewing difficult, Dr. McFerran checks them and adjusts them to ease discomfort and restore the fit.

They are more stable than traditional removable dentures and can improve chewing, for patients who qualify for implants.
How soon can I get dentures after extractions?
Some patients receive immediate dentures the same day; others wait for healing to get a more accurate final fit.
