How billing works

We want payment to be clear and stress-free.

At the start of each appointment we verify your coverage, if you have it, and give you an estimate of any out-of-pocket cost. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs), but we are happy to help you file your insurance claims.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards. If you would like to plan ahead, we can set up a payment plan that works for both of us when it is arranged before treatment.

If you do not see your insurer listed, call and check with us. Dr. McFerran is not a party to your plan, so the best advocate for your benefits is you: know your own coverage.
